Send your preferences without an account, login, or explanation. Requests are handled within ten business days.

Set your contact preferences

Supply the email or telephone number you want us to stop using. Include both to change both contact methods.

We have your request. We will remove the details you gave us within ten business days and add them to our internal do-not-contact list. Messages already being delivered may arrive briefly afterward.

Direct cancellation methods

Canceling texts

Send STOP in reply to a program message for immediate cancellation, followed by a single confirmation. Use HELP for assistance. The SMS Terms provide further details.

Stopping email

Choose the unsubscribe option at the end of an optional email from us.

Canceling calls

Ask the person calling to place your number on our internal do-not-call list. Your preference is honored for at least five years. Requests to stop email can also be sent to support@easyfundgo.com.

What your choice means

Your existing application is unaffected by a communication opt-out.
SMS cancellation stops program texts until you enroll again, except for one cancellation confirmation. Required notices may still arrive by mail or another permitted channel.
